Himavanta.org is built from a long research project on Himavanta, Anotatta / Anavatapta, Thai Himmapan creatures, and Buddhist cosmographic traditions.
What it is
The site is a reader-friendly public layer over controlled research files. It is for curious readers, artists, educators, researchers, curators, and anyone who has seen Himmapan creatures or Buddhist cosmology online and wants a better answer.
What it is not
It is not a complete edition, a universal map, a full Thai translation, a complete Berlin manuscript transcription, or a finished encyclopedia of every creature. Those limits are deliberate.
Launch standard
Every public page should give a useful answer, show its evidence boundary, and make the tradition more vivid without making false certainty look pretty.
